The cerakote process involves several key steps:

Application: A layer of Cerakote is sprayed onto the parts. This ceramic-based coating bonds at a molecular level, providing a durable finish.

Cerakote offers superior resistance to corrosion, wear, and high temperatures (up to 1800°F), and it can be applied to a wide range of materials including metal, plastic, polymer, and wood.
